The 4th graders are learning that not only do we learn to sing the song, but we learn about the song. The students used their iPads to do research on "Yankee Doodle" and learned how to put their interesting facts into their own words using google docs. The students will be sharing some of their facts next week in class.

2. What is meant by the terms "doodle" and "macaroni?"
3. Who wrote the words and where did he or she live?
